At Braybrook Primary Academy, we believe that the partnership between home and school is critical in supporting every child to succeed and in best preparing them for the challenges of Secondary School and life beyond.

In the light of our own current whole school priority foci of reading and mathematics, this year, we, like an increasing number of schools both locally and nationally, have chosen to prioritise three key opportunities to enhance home learning across the school. 

• EYFS - book for pleasure/E-Reader for a minimum of 10 mins x 5, Little Wandle home learning sheet, 15 minutes work on NumBots.
• Year 1 - book for pleasure/E-Reader for a minimum of 10 mins x 5, Little Wandle home learning sheet and 30 minutes work on NumBots
• Year 2 -  book for pleasure/E-Reader for a minimum of 10 mins x 5, Little Wandle home learning sheet, 30 minutes split between Numbots and TT Rock Stars .
• Year 3 - reading for a minimum of 15 mins x 5 and quizzing on Accelerated Reader, a minimum of 45 minutes on Maths Whizz and 15 minutes on TT Rock Stars. Spellings to practise and learn
• Year 4 - reading for a minimum of 15 mins x 5 and quizzing on Accelerated Reader, a minimum of 45 minutes on Maths Whizz and 15 minutes on TT Rock Stars.  Spellings to practise and learn.
• Year 5 - reading for a minimum of 20 mins x 5 and quizzing on Accelerated Reader, a minimum of 45 minutes on Maths Whizz and 15 minutes on TT Rock Stars. Spellings to practise and learn
• Year 6 - reading for a minimum of 20 mins x 5 and quizzing on Accelerated Reader, a minimum of 45 minutes on Maths Whizz and 15 minutes on TT Rock Stars. Spellings to practise and learn
